What is the duration of the accreditation process?
Each accreditation certification can be completed through the two-day In-house Assessment Workshop. If your Performance Strategist discovers Performance Gaps, they will be addressed and closed with a detailed Action Plan and a measurable Performance Agreement.
How is the confidentiality of our data handled?
Confidentiality is paramount. All AATD Performance Strategists and staff are bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement. All data and findings from our assessments are the exclusive property of your organization and are handled with the highest level of security and discretion.
What are the prerequisites for beginning the accreditation process?
The primary prerequisite is a commitment from senior leadership to engage in an evidence-based performance improvement process. Our framework is industry-agnostic and designed for organizations that are serious about achieving and validating a higher standard of excellence.
What is the investment structure for the accreditation?
Our accreditation is a strategic investment in your organization’s certified excellence. The process for each of our three certification levels is validated through a two-day Accreditation Workshop. The investment for each workshop is $5,950. This fee includes the workshop itself, the official AATD certificate, and your official listing in the International Performance Network. Travel expenses for the facilitating Performance Strategist are handled separately.
