As Synthesis Partners, they have already demonstrated mastery in applying Symbiotic Intelligence and architecting performance in real-world scenarios.

2. The Proof: A Verified C-Level Track Record Applicants must submit a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a significant and successful track record as a C-Level performance consultant. This includes documented case studies of transformational projects and verifiable business outcomes.
3. The Certification: The AATD Framework Successful candidates undergo an intensive AATD certification program. Here, they master the proprietary assessment instruments, the AATD’s strict ethical guidelines, and the precise application of the VOI-based validation framework.
4. The Validation: The AATD Peer Board The final step is a rigorous review and validation by a board of existing Performance Strategists. Only those who meet every standard of professional excellence and personal integrity are invited to represent AATD.
